At Partners II Pizza, our neighborhood focus, lunch buffets, large meeting areas and great food have separated us from other pizzerias and created one of the top independent pizzerias in the country. Unlike many other pizzerias, Partners II Pizza has built a business based on dine-in and carry-out with no delivery. This simplifies your business and allows you to focus on in-store service, while gaining better control of the product that is sold.

No delivery: Our business model is built around being the neighborhood's favorite pizzeria with great service and a large dining area that is able to accommodate groups, including teams, co-workers, church groups or others who want to be able to sit together, relax, and enjoy great food. From youth sports to bridal showers and even an occasional wedding, we've become a place where people gather to celebrate, reconnect or just hang out. However, we also accommodate those who want to eat at home with our carry-out business, which accounts for over 20% of our business.

Site Selection and Construction: With the experience of opening four of our own pizzerias, we are here to assist you in all aspects of selecting your location, designing the floor plan, selecting your contractor and ensuring that you open on time and on budget.

Occupational Systems: Whether you have a lifetime of experience running restaurants or this is your first time in the kitchen, our training program will walk you through all that is required to own and operate your pizzeria. With three weeks of preopening training in our corporate locations outside of Atlanta, as well as a team to support you during your first two weeks of opening on site, we will be there to make sure that your staff fully understands all that is involved in running your Partners II Pizza franchise.

Is there training? Do you provide support for a new Partners owner?

Partners II Pizza provides an extensive training and support program to help you every step of the way. It all starts with three weeks of training at our corporate locations for you general manager and two others. This initial training occurs 30-45 prior to your business opening and teaches you what you need to run your Partners II Pizza business including back of house operations, daily food prep, pizza making, inventory management, controlling your labor costs, how to market, human resources, managing your business for growth and your location for the first week. Training continues with your personal Franchise Business Advisor who works with you step by step on an ongoing basis.

How much money can I make?

The Federal Trade Commission regulates what Partners II Pizza is allowed to disclose to potential franchisees. As you proceed through the process of purchasing your Partners II Pizza business, you will receive the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) that details more about the business opportunity and your expected startup expenses as well as the revenue from our affiliate locations.

How much will I need to invest?

The estimated initial investments to establish a Partners II Pizza franchise is from $196,800 to $545,500. This includes a franchise fee of $25,000 as well as the cost of your initial marketing supplies, insurance, travel for training, licenses and working capital to open your business.

Do you offer financing?

Partners II Pizza does not offer any financing but we can recommend some third party financing options for you. If you have a retirement fund we can also recommend some great programs that allow you to borrow against your retirement fund without paying penalties or taxes.

Complete the Information Request Form
Please complete the Information Request Form to receive additional information. If you meet our preliminary criteria and your territory is available, a representative will be in touch within 2 business days.
Initial Phone Call
During our first call, we will further discuss the Partners II Pizza opportunity. We will also cover a few key topics including your motivation, business background, and territory.
Receive Marketing Packet
After you've spoken with one of our Franchise Sales Associates, we will send out a Marketing Packet with additional information on the program and a Request for Consideration Form.
Return Request for Consideration Form
This form tells us that you are serious about the opportunity and provides us with a clear picture of your financial and managerial plans.
Receive Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
Upon receipt of your completed Request for Consideration Form, we will mail you our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). The FDD defines the legal relationship between the Franchisor (us) and the Franchisee (you).
FDD Conference Call
Within two weeks of receiving the FDD, we will contact you to schedule an FDD Conference Call. This is your opportunity to ask any questions about the FDD or Franchise Agreement. If you plan to consult an attorney, please submit your questions before the call.
Discovery Day!
Your Discovery Day should be held within 30 days of the FDD Conference Call. Held at our corporate headquarters in Peachtree City, GA, you'll get to view operations, meet our team, and spend time with our President.
Signing
If we feel you're a strong franchisee candidate, we'll send a formal written offer including your assigned territory. Signing is done remotely and does not require travel back to headquarters.
